If you use Spur Notes as a guest, your notes and related app data are stored locally on your device.

Cloud-synchronized data may be stored or processed in countries other than the country in which you live.

Guest notes remain on your device unless you delete them, uninstall the application, erase application data, or otherwise remove them.

Cloud-synchronized account data is retained while needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for account recovery, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service integrity.

Subscription verification records may be retained as necessary to correctly determine entitlement status, prevent abuse, and respond to purchase or support issues.

Website analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property.

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

7. Data Deletion and Your Choices

You may delete notes from within Spur Notes.

Spur Notes also provides recovery features such as Recently Deleted and Version History. Content may therefore remain available for a limited period through those recovery features after ordinary editing or deletion.

If you use Spur Notes only as a guest, your data is primarily controlled through the application and device on which it is stored.
